As an Information Technology Support Specialist you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. You will provide technical support and troubleshooting services for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Respond to queries either in person or over the phone. Responsibilities

Provide Web Queue Helpdesk support within Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements to users. Respond to internal and external IT Service Requests for IT services. Provide user notification of receipt of Web- or email-submitted requests. Log and track inquiries using service request management database, and maintain history records and related documentation. Promptly categorize, generate, and route customer requests that are escalated beyond the ITSC area of responsibility. What You’ll Need to Succeed
