What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Own full-cycle sales of net-new Core Growth accounts within the Mid-Sized Law Firm segment

Conduct outbound prospecting and account research to identify new opportunities

Lead discovery, demos, deal strategy, pricing, negotiation, and closing processes

Manage sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly quota targets

Collaborate with aligned MLF Manager to support segment strategy and achieve pipeline creation targets

What is Required (Qualifications)

5+ years of experience in quota-carrying B2B sales or new logo acquisition

Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting

Experience selling into law firms or professional services

Strong discovery, qualification, and closing skills

Data-driven mindset with a high level of accountability

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with legal technology or software solutions

Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, pod model while maintaining full deal ownership

Demonstrated enjoyment in your work and positive energy in team interactions
