What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Own full-cycle sales for net-new Core Growth Mid-Sized Law Firm accounts (~49 attorneys)
Conduct outbound prospecting and perform account research within the MLF segment
Lead discovery sessions, product demos, deal strategy, negotiation, and closing
Manage sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly quota targets
Collaborate with the aligned MLF Manager to support segment strategy and priorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of experience in quota-carrying B2B sales or new logo acquisition
Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospectingExperience selling into law firms or professional services
Strong capabilities in discovery, qualification, and closing sales
Data-driven mindset with a high level of accountability and coachability
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a pod model while maintaining full deal ownership
Ability to challenge the status quo and seek innovative solutions
Positive energy and enjoyment in the sales process
Demonstrated strong will to win while operating with integrity
Experience with AI tools or legal technology solutions
