As an Account Executive focused on Mid-Market Non-Profit Clients, you will understand their unique needs, align their mission goals with Salesforce’s capabilities, and drive strategic partnerships that amplify their social impact. This is a quota‑carrying role requiring sales acumen and empathy for the nonprofit sector, including public health, behavioral health, homelessness prevention, child welfare, and other human services programs. You will sell on value and ROI, build credibility, and map customer initiatives to our solutions across multiple lines of business. Responsibilities

Partner with internal resources to drive value and expertise Generate pipeline leading to closed revenue and quota attainment Sell on value and ROI rather than only technical functionality Build credibility and trust and influence buying decisions Uncover business initiatives and map them to Salesforce solutions across lines of business Create demand by identifying business problems and aligning them to our solutions Understand how businesses operate and prioritize decisions at the C-level Qualifications

Average of 5-7 years full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the field Experience selling to the C-suite Ability to build and deliver presentations to a wide range of buyers Strong enablement and training resources (Trailhead) and a proactive learning mindset Familiarity with Sandler Sales Training Participation in product bootcamps and mentorship programs Experience with weekly coaching and clear paths to promotion Exposure to executive leadership and alignment with company values Volunteer Opportunities
