Qualifications Required
BSN degree
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient computer skills
3-5 years of Med./Surg, Telemetry nursing experience
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification through American Heart Association upon hire
Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License or Active Compact RN License with NJ endorsement
Preferred
MSN degree
National nursing certifications in area of specialty
Scheduling Requirements
Full Time
Day Shift (Monday - Friday, every other weekend and holiday rotation)
Essential Functions (Responsibilities)
Support a 38-bed Medical Surgical Unit with a broad range of patient care needs and occasional higher-acuity patients.
Staff includes RNs, CNAs, and Unit Secretaries.
Manage staffing, budget, and quality measures.
Serve as an integral part of the Nursing Leadership Team at TRMC.
Oversee multiple teams supporting daily essential patient care.
Maintain 24/7 responsibility, recruit and manage multiple teams, improve quality and customer satisfaction.
