Qualifications
A current Ohio license: LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, or IMFT

A genuine commitment to supporting youth and families in their mental health journey
Interest or background in trauma-informed care and family systems approaches
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Willingness to work in school-based or community environments, adapting to client needs
Responsibilities
Provide individual and family therapy to children, teens, and families
Conduct assessments, treatment plans, and progress documentation in our EMR system
Deliver evidence-based care and collaborate with schools, families, and community partners
Advocate for client well-being and access to resources
Participate in monthly supervision and ongoing clinical development
