In Patient Scheduling at Main Campus Lee Building
Work Schedule Full-time on the Day Shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Summary Responsible for performing multiple customer-focused functions within the Patient Registration Department as it pertains to scheduling patients for appointments into the health system.

Communicate on varying levels, both written and oral.
Qualifications Education
High School Diploma Graduate or Equivalent (Essential)
Bachelor of Science or Arts in Business Administration (Nonessential)
Experience
1 year job experience as Staff Level with specialization in the field of Care Administration – Registration (Nonessential)
About the Office Children’s of Alabama Scheduling office is located on the Main Downtown Campus exclusively in the Lee Building. Centralized intake center for patient referrals and appointment call center scheduling for specialty clinics, therapies, testing, and radiology procedures. Responsible for performing multiple customer-focused scheduling workflows in collaboration with specialty offices. Works directly with patients/families to schedule their specialty appointments.
