Maintain and manage the bid calendar regularly. Ensure pre-bid meetings are assigned in a timely manner. Assist designers in obtaining flow test information on job startup. Price deficiencies for the service department. Manage and assist in safety documentation for field labor. Assist designers with submittals, close-outs, and hydraulic placards. Any additional tasks that can be taken on as this role further develops. Other duties assigned Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional phone etiquette Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task Be a confident self-starter who works well independently and team player as well Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required Equal Opportunity Employer
