10 Hour Days (6:45 AM – 5:15 PM) Estimated Weekly Pay:
$1,810 – $1,950
Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license – Iowa or compact state Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience BLS certification (required) Ability to float within the Resource Pool as needed Compliance with all healthcare onboarding requirements (health screenings, background check, competency testing, etc.)
Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs for telemetry patients Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health management Accurately document patient care in the electronic health record (EHR) Participate in unit meetings and quality improvement initiatives
