Aluminum TIG Fabricator – Camas, WA
Pay: $30+ per hour (DOE). Schedule: Full‑time, Day Shift.
Position Summary: We are hiring an experienced Aluminum TIG Fabricator to perform high‑quality welding, read and interpret blueprints, assemble components, inspect welds, maintain tools, and collaborate with production teams.
Responsibilities
Perform high‑quality TIG welding on aluminum parts and assemblies.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
Fit, align, and assemble components according to project requirements.
Inspect and verify weld quality, dimensions, and tolerances.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe workspace.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements

Must pass a weld test.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in marine, automotive, or structural aluminum fabrication.
Familiarity with fabrication tools, jigs, and finishing techniques.
Certification(s) in TIG or aluminum welding.
