For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. Patient Service Specialist (PSS)

to join our growing, patient-centered team.

Position Highlights

Office Hours:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Schedule:

32 hours/week with flexible scheduling options

Work Setting:

Fully onsite at our Congress Street location

Team Environment:

What You’ll Do

Process incoming patient referrals

Provide check-in and check-out

coverage as needed

Support patient scheduling

and ensure a smooth front-desk experience

Assist with general administrative duties

that support our clinical team

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

License/Certifications: N/A

Experience: Six months of medical office experience required.
