Job Overview CNC Machinist | Bellingham, MA

Join our growing shop! Run CNC mills, interpret SolidWorks, and produce high‑tolerance parts.

M-F Day Shift + OT. Full Benefits: Medical, 401k Match, PTO.

Seeking a pro with setup/programming experience. Build your career with a team that values precision.

Salary: $70,000 – $82,000 per year.

Shift: First. Work hours: 8 AM – 4 PM.

Education: High School (required).

Responsibilities

Operate CNC milling machines and other machining equipment to produce precision parts.

Set up and calibrate machines according to specifications and production requirements.

Interpret CAD drawings and SolidWorks models to ensure accurate machining processes.

Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any operational issues.

Utilize hand tools and basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and assembling components.

Collaborate with engineering teams to improve tooling and machining processes.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Essential Functions

Working up to 5 hours of overtime per week.

Working weekends as required.
