We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that helps operations and finance teams automatically extract data from PDFs, documents, and emails into spreadsheets and downstream systems. We’ve grown to seven-figure ARR in under a year, are profitable, and demand continues to accelerate. Customers understand the value quickly, onboarding is straightforward, and deals move fast. We’re building a small, high-caliber, in-person team in NYC and are hiring our first Account Executives to help scale revenue. The Role
As an Account Executive at the company, you will own deals end-to-end. You’ll work warm inbound leads and targeted outbound, run first calls, qualify buyers, demo the product, and close. This is not a role where you “just book meetings.” You are responsible for revenue. You’ll work directly with the CEO, CTO, and product team, with real influence over pricing, packaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy. What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close Run tight, value-driven demos for operations and finance leaders Qualify prospects quickly and accurately Close deals with clear timelines and next steps Maintain a clean pipeline and forecast Provide direct feedback to product and leadership based on customer conversations Help define early sales processes, messaging, and playbooks Who We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales SDRs who are ready to close or junior AEs who want more ownership Experience selling to operations, finance, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, or similar teams is a plus Comfortable running calls without heavy scripts Strong business judgment and curiosity Bias toward action and accountability Based in NYC and excited about working in person What Makes This Role Different
