Regional Sales Manager – Europe (Medical Devices)
An established international medical device manufacturer is looking to strengthen its European sales team with the addition of a Regional Sales Manager (Europe).
This role sits within a global organisation supplying specialist medical technologies used in cancer treatment, with customers across Europe and international markets.
Key responsibilities
Plan and execute sales and marketing activities across assigned European territories
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and agents
Identify and develop new business opportunities, including tender participation
Deliver customer presentations and product demonstrations
Support customers during product introductions, including coordinating training where required
Prepare sales forecasts, planning and performance reporting
Represent the business at trade fairs, conferences and industry events
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Qualifications
Degree in technical or business‑related studies
Ability to conduct professional business discussions in Russian and English, due to customer and distributor engagement in Russian‑speaking markets
Comfortable working independently across international markets
Willingness to travel extensively within Europe
Confident, resilient and commercially driven mindset
Strong IT skills (MS Office) and valid driving licence
