What You’ll Do
Patient Check‑In/Check‑Out: Greet patients, manage appointments, and ensure accurate registration.
Insurance & Payments: Verify insurance coverage, collect co‑pays, post payments, and prepare daily deposit reports.
Chart Management: Review charts for accuracy and completeness, prepare for next‑day services.
Cash Handling: Create and balance cashier reports, ensure accuracy in daily reconciliation.
Team Support: Assist clinical staff and help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office.

What You’ll Need

Ability to multitask and remain flexible throughout the day.
