Schedule:

PRN, Onsite (As Needed)

Scheduling & Availability

Shifts are 8–12 hours

Locations operate 6–7 days per week, depending on site needs

Travel Requirements

Must be willing to travel to at least 3 MRI locations, including:

Piedmont West (Atlanta)

Peachtree City

Lawrenceville

Johns Creek

Stockbridge

What You'll Do

Patient Check‑In/Check‑Out: Greet patients, manage appointments, and ensure accurate registration

Insurance & Payments: Verify insurance coverage, collect co‑pays, post payments, and prepare daily deposit reports

Chart Management: Review charts for accuracy and completeness, prepare for next‑day services

Team Support: Assist clinical staff and help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office

What You’ll Need

High school diploma or GED

2+ years of experience in a medical office setting

Working knowledge of Epic (preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion

Ability to multitask and remain flexible throughout the day
