Selling and Service Assistant, Aventura
Hermès is looking for a Selling and Service Assistant to join the Hermès Aventura Boutique, opened in 2021, to provide extraordinary service in a fast‑paced luxury environment. The role reports to the Operations Manager and collaborates with the sales and support teams.
Opportunity The SSA provides clerical support for front and back of house operations. Responsibilities include processing and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions, administering after‑sales services, and partnering with management on POS decisions.
About the Role
Accurately record point of sales transaction at the register: processing sales, returns, repairs, and assisting with opening and closing procedures.
Consistently provide high levels of service to clients, including greeting, assistance, and wrapping/packaging.
Support the sales team with merchandising: hanging, retrieving stock, and keeping the floor orderly.
Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor to maintain merchandise standards.
Assist with stockroom operations: merchandise flow, replenishment, EAS tagging, ticketing, and inventory preparation.
Support the After Sales area: log repairs, contact clients, and maintain records.
Record accurate and detailed CRM files for purchase history and sales analysis.
Answer phones promptly and with friendly customer service.

About You
1 year retail experience in a luxury environment preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Experience with POS and/or cash handling strongly preferred.
Customer‑service oriented.
Ability to multi‑task.
Detail oriented.
Strong organizational skills.
Computer skills: Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle difficult situations with grace, compassion and composure.
Ability to lift 0–25 lbs. without assistance.
Compensation Hourly range: $24.56–$27.14 (actual rates based on job, location and experience).
