Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement organizational studies and evaluations, reviewing systems and procedures.
Administer SharePoint sites, maintain PowerApps and Power Automate Flows, and develop dashboards.
Assist in project management and work simplification studies.
Review operations and procedures manuals, providing recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and deliver policies, training, and quality assurance activities to strengthen department performance.
Prepare presentations, track performance measures, and report research findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with other Provider Finance Department teams and Chief Financial Officer divisions to ensure effective project execution.
Provide support and guidance to team activities, ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements.
Essential Job Functions
Development, implementation, and delivery of policies, procedures, processes, training, and quality assurance activities (25%).
Maintenance of PowerApps, Power Automate Flows, and dashboards (25%).
Facilitation of presentations, tracking and reporting of performance measures; consolidation of research findings (20%).
Coordination with PFD teams and CFO divisions to ensure collaboration on internal and external projects (10%).
Administration of PFD SharePoint sites, ensuring updated information is accessible (10%).
Team support, accountability, and compliance coordination with federal and state requirements (10%).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in creating clear written content and technical documents.
Competence in Microsoft Power Platform applications.
Experience with automated systems for documentation, research, and tracking.
Collaboration and cooperative skills with diverse groups.
Understanding of organizational development, analysis, and program implementation.
Data and trend analysis knowledge.
Knowledge of business operations and management principles.
Familiarity with state and federal health and human services laws, rules, and policies.

Initial Selection Criteria
Experience in methods analysis, management, organizational development, or methods and systems work.
Graduated from an accredited four‑year college or university with major coursework in business administration, organizational leadership, healthcare, or related fields; education and experience may substitute for each other.
One year of experience using Microsoft Power BI or Power Automate Flows.
Additional Information Position may allow telework up to three days per week, subject to change. The role requires occasional travel (up to 15%).
