Base pay range: $30.00/hr - $30.00/hr Your primary focus will be on motivating students—not correcting assignments, managing behavior, or following fixed curricula. Novatio School has reimagined the traditional model, creating an environment where creativity, confidence, and curiosity come first. Students complete their academic work in just two concentrated morning hours using an AI‑driven platform. The afternoons are reserved for immersive workshops that build practical skills and broaden students’ sense of what’s achievable. Instead of delivering conventional instruction, you’ll serve as the mentor every learner needs—encouraging them each day and guiding them in developing critical life competencies through engaging, activity‑based sessions. This position is not about overseeing a traditional online classroom—it’s about igniting ambitious thinking, mentoring students toward their aspirations, and helping them uncover their true potential. Responsibilities
Facilitate engaging virtual workshops focused on building life skills such as collaboration, communication, entrepreneurship, and self‑expression. Guide students through immersion tracks using project‑driven, experiential learning methods. Build a supportive, vibrant online environment where students are encouraged to take risks and develop. Leverage student data and performance insights to personalize guidance and motivation for each learner. Work alongside educators from diverse locations and cultures to provide a dynamic, adaptable educational experience. What You Won’t Be Doing
Instruct traditional academic content (our AI tutors manage that). Adhere to a fixed timetable or instructional framework. Conduct lecture‑based, one‑way learning sessions. Key Responsibilities
Motivate students globally to grow into confident, capable problem‑solvers by facilitating immersive workshops centered on life skills within a virtual‑first, adaptable school setting. Basic Requirements
Valid US teaching certificate from any state. Experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (Grades 4–8 preferred). Strong virtual presence; comfortable leading via video. Available to work full‑time (M–F, 8am–5pm Arizona time). Ready to begin within 2‑3 weeks. Excited to work in a tech‑forward, student‑centered school. Nice‑to‑Have Requirements
Spanish fluency (highly valued for our immersion track). Experience leading bilingual workshops, clubs, or enrichment programs. Background in project‑based learning, creative education, or alternative schools. About The Novatio School

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, equating to $60,000 USD/year (40 hours per week, 50 weeks per year). The payment period is weekly.
