Virtual Learning Facilitator, The Novatio School (Remote)
Salary: $30.00/hour ($60,000/year).
We’re reimagining education with a focus on curiosity, creativity, and confidence. Students complete core academics in two concentrated hours each morning with an AI‑driven platform, then attend interactive workshops in the afternoon to develop practical skills.
What You Will Be Doing
Facilitating engaging virtual workshops focused on life skills including teamwork, communication, entrepreneurship, and creative expression.
Guiding students through immersion tracks using project‑based, hands‑on learning approaches.
Building a supportive, energetic virtual environment where students feel empowered to take risks and develop.
Leveraging learning data and insights to customize support and motivation for each student.
Partnering with educators from diverse time zones and backgrounds to provide a dynamic, adaptable learning experience.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Instructing core academic subjects (AI tutors manage those).
Adhering to a fixed schedule or instructional framework.
Running lecture‑based, passive learning sessions.
Basic Requirements
Valid US teaching certificate from any state.
Experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (Grades 4–8 preferred).
Strong virtual presence; comfortable leading via video.
Available to work full‑time (Mon‑Fri, 8 am‑5 pm Arizona time).
Ready to begin within 2–3 weeks.
Excited to work in a tech‑forward, student‑centered school.
Nice‑to‑Have Requirements
Spanish fluency (highly valued for our immersion track).
Experience leading bilingual workshops, clubs, or enrichment programs.
Background in project‑based learning, creative education, or alternative schools.
About The Novatio School Novatio is the first virtual, bilingual immersion school in Arizona, designed to meet the unique needs of Hispanic families. Students master core subjects quickly—freeing them to dive into projects that matter, gain real‑world skills, and prepare for success beyond the classroom. Powered by AI, the 2‑Hour Learning model helps students master core subjects in just two hours a day, freeing them to focus on real‑world skill development, bilingual fluency, and hands‑on projects.
Working With Us This is a full‑time (40 hours/week), long‑term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
