Literacy Coordinator, Alpha Join Crossover to create an AI‑powered reading program that delivers measurable student progress in 2 hours per day. This position blends direct student instruction with innovative program design, impacting individual readers and constructing a scalable system for multiple school sites.

Base Pay:

$60.00/hr (equivalent to $120,000/year) with weekly payment.

Location:

Chantilly (Washington), VA; Lake Forest (Orange County), CA; San Francisco, CA; Miami, FL; or New York City, NY. Position is on‑site.

Responsibilities

Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension.

Creating individualized motivational experiences that engage students and foster enthusiasm for reading.

Reviewing student performance metrics to iteratively improve instructional methods and extract meaningful insights.

Partnering with engineering teams to assess and refine AI‑powered literacy platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading pedagogy (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or comparable credential).

Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience leading small‑group reading interventions with early elementary learners.

Demonstrated ability to evaluate reading proficiency, organize student groups, and create differentiated lesson plans independent of packaged curricula.

Comfortable using AI and adaptive learning platforms, with the ability to adjust instruction based on student interaction patterns.

Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship.

Available to work on‑site at one of the listed locations.
