Get to Know Your Team: Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.
Responsibilities:
Accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.
Demonstrate knowledge and skills to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit.
Apply principles of growth and development over the life span; assess data reflective of patient status; interpret information to identify each patient's age-specific needs.
Plan for provision of patient care, including development, modification, and implementation of the care plan in accordance with HHS standards.
Adhere to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Current Oklahoma RN License.
BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.
