Seeking a
Physical Therapist Assistant
to join our team. This role provides physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a physical therapist.

Duties & Responsibilities
Implement selected components of patient interventions (treatment), obtain data related to the interventions provided, and make modifications either to progress the patient as directed or to ensure patient/client safety and comfort
Provide quality physical therapy services, including implementation of the treatment plan established by the patient’s physical therapist
Produce accurate, relevant, and timely documentation based on the physical therapist’s prescribed course of treatment
Communicate the patient’s treatment progression, changes of treatment, and recommended medical follow‑up when necessary to team members, as appropriate
Educate and counsel patients regarding issues related to treatment and goal(s), safety risks, and/or other issues within scope of practice
Participate in team reassessments and discharge planning Other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
AA or higher degree as Physical Therapist Assistant from an institution accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education
Current State Physical Therapist Assistant License
Current CPR certification
