Full‑time: Days | Monday‑Friday
Location: Frye Regional Medical Center – 81‑bed campus serving patients 18 years and older with 24‑hour security.
How You Will Contribute
Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient
Performs timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity in the medical record
Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
Position Summary Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. The manager develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements of the organization. Duties include directing and evaluating departmental operations, planning and monitoring staffing activities, preparing and evaluating budgets, coordinating audits, fostering professional growth, integrating evidence‑based practices into operations, and ensuring reliable attendance. The manager performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Information The position serves both internal colleagues and external customers, clients, patients, contractors, and vendors. It requires handling sensitive and confidential information, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA), and applying policies and procedures.
Supervisory Responsibilities Manages the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling, and reviewing work, ensuring quality standards. Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing staff, reviewing performance, and administering corrective action.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge, skills, and abilities required include clinical nursing proficiency, leadership, compliance, budget management, and effective communication.

What We Are Looking For Applicants should possess a current state RN license.
Additional Requirements Include
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within six months of hire
One year of relevant experience preferred
Asiellor Certification (ASLS) preferred
