Utilize support scripts and materials for effective communication
Maintain performance metrics and personal progress in real time
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to type 35+ words per minute
Strong attendance record and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications
Previous call center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer service satisfaction
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
