Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Founder, April McDaniel. This role ensures the smooth coordination of scheduling, logistics, and day‑to‑day executive support for a fast‑moving, high‑volume schedule.

April McDaniel is the founder of Crown + Conquer, Let It Break, and media platform Everybody’s Crazy. The Executive Assistant will work in close partnership with her to manage calendar flow, meeting logistics, and follow‑through across her work.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure, with a high degree of discretion and reliability. Experience supporting senior leaders in fast‑paced environments is essential.

Job Responsibilities

Manage the Founder’s calendar, including scheduling, coordination, and prioritization of meetings

Support a complex, fast‑moving schedule across multiple workstreams and time zones

Coordinate logistics for meetings, calls, and travel

Prepare meeting materials and ensure clear agendas and objectives

Track follow‑ups and action items from meetings to support execution

Monitor incoming requests and support scheduling alignment with priorities

Anticipate conflicts and flag issues in advance

Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications & Requirements

5+ years of experience supporting founders or senior executives in fast‑paced environments

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Clear and professional written and verbal communication

Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to shifting needs

Calm, reliable, and solutions‑oriented approach

High level of discretion and trustworthiness

Nimble and adaptable as priorities shift

Focused on execution and support, not visibility or proximity
