As the Assistant Executive Steward you are the Chief of Operations for the back‑of‑house. You manage the dish room, lead the team that ensures every plate is a canvas, and ensure every event is flawless. We believe in taking care of the people who take care of our guests. Innovate & Optimize: Keep safety protocols cutting‑edge, reduce breakage, and streamline workflow. Leadership Presence: Lead by example with a polished appearance and a "can‑do" attitude even during busy holiday weekends. Expertise: Hold a ServSafe Manager Certificate and have a deep understanding of high‑volume culinary operations. Operational Savvy: Proficiency in inventory management, budget oversight, and the mechanics of industrial kitchen equipment.
