Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a dedicated and mission-driven
BCBA
to join our pediatric autism clinic in Colonial Heights, VA. In this role, you will provide clinical oversight, training, and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians while ensuring high-quality, ethical ABA services for the children and families we serve.
What You Will Do
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide supervision and oversight to RBTs and Behavior Technicians
Review data and adjust programming to support progress
Collaborate closely with families and clinical team members
Ensure quality, compliance, and ethical standards are upheld
Support a positive, team-centered clinic culture
Compensation $85,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience

Requirements
Active BCBA certification
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Experience supervising RBTs/BTs
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to high-quality, ethical ABA practice
Ability to work on-site in Colonial Heights, VA
Preferred:
Pediatric ABA experience
Clinic-based experience
