What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct energy efficiency audits and inspections for income‑qualified customers
Serve as a local on‑site representative to encourage program participation and address barriers
Travel throughout the defined territory, up to 70% of the time
Develop detailed home energy assessment reports and scopes of work with installation recommendations
Perform post‑installation inspections to verify installation quality and adherence to program requirements
What is Required (Qualifications)
Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive a personal or company‑provided vehicle
Fluency in both English and Spanish
BPI certification or willingness to become certified
Basic knowledge of residential energy efficiency principles
Strong customer service background with a commitment to excellent service
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, and Google Drive
Detail‑oriented with a quick learning ability
Comfort working in attics and crawl spaces
Previous experience in customer service roles
