Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to work closely with our Executive Assistant and support our leadership team and multiple departments. This role focuses on administrative coordination and day-to‑day support to help keep the organization running smoothly. The Administrative Assistant will assist across our Commercial, Construction, Multifamily, Hospitality, and Executive teams and must be comfortable handling a wide range of tasks while maintaining organization, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Our company owns and self‑manages a diverse portfolio of multifamily, commercial, and hospitality properties across Pennsylvania, Florida, and New Jersey, in addition to a growing tequila brand. This position requires sound judgment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings and travel while managing competing priorities and ensuring timely communication.
- Handle, prioritize, and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Draft, edit, and review correspondence and documents for executives.
- Assist with personal tasks such as bill payments, appointment scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper files to ensure easy access and accurate record‑keeping.
- Take meeting minutes and distribute notes, as appropriate.
- Provide administrative support across departments including Commercial, Construction, Multifamily, Hospitality, and Executive teams.
- Order, track, and maintain office supplies.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working collaboratively and taking direction from senior staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office tools.

Physical Demands
- Ability to physically access all interior parts of the office.
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver items with a weight of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
Software Quality and Testing Description
This role combines a focus in software quality and testing as well as review and analysis of business requirements by ensuring adherence to quality standards and practices defined by our company, the Health Care Industry and Compliance. You will be heavily involved in developing and executing a multifaceted testing approach including functional/system testing, integration testing, service level testing via Ready API, end‑to‑end testing, exploratory testing, and regression. We emphasize collaboration across multiple feature and support teams to deliver quality integrated products.
Responsibilities
- Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures based on business requirements.
- Perform functional, application, and regression testing to ensure that developed products meet design specifications and are within total quality management limits and standards.
- Participate in cross‑functional initiatives and End‑to‑End testing coordination.
- Analyze requirements, perform ambiguity analysis to ensure that requirements meet design specifications and standards.
- Identify and investigate issues found during testing, assist Software Engineers in troubleshooting and update test cases based on discovered defects.
- Contribute to standards and procedures for measuring product quality and release readiness.
- Execute performance tests within Scrum Teams to ensure early detection of issues. Assist in troubleshooting and investigation of issues/concerns.
- Enhance automation framework, create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts. Optimize performance of test execution through innovation.
- Support UAT initiatives by providing data set up, access, and troubleshooting issues.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.
Required
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of progressive QA/testing experience in Information Technology or software development focusing on diverse complexity and scope.
- Experience in automation, creating scripts, execution and troubleshooting using Selenium, QTP or other front‑end automation tools.
- Experience in performance test script creation, execution and troubleshooting using tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, LoadUI, etc.
- Possess specialist understanding of QA/testing principles and policies with experience as a project leader for quality.
- Ability to apply developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex testing challenges.
- Ability to influence others within and outside of job function, and may communicate with external stakeholders.
Compensation
Hourly Rate Range - $40-$60/ hr

Position Summary
The Junior High Director/Pastor is a relational leader and disciple‑maker who builds and leads a thriving ministry for 6th–8th grade students. This leader empowers volunteers, equips parents, and creates environments where students encounter Jesus, build meaningful friendships, and take steps to live out their faith. Partnering with the NextGen team, the Junior High Director/Pastor helps shape a holistic discipleship strategy that inspires students to gather in worship, grow in groups, and go serve the world.

Lead with Vision and Strategy
- Partner with NextGen leadership to align junior high ministry with the mission of Friends Church.
- Provide direct leadership and support for all aspects of JHM programming, camps, spiritual formation, and events.
- Build a culture where every student has a caring leader and a safe place to belong.
Champion Student Discipleship
- Oversee weekly junior high gatherings (weekend services, Wednesday nights, and small groups), ensuring excellence in teaching, worship, small groups, and hospitality.
- Develop and implement a discipleship pathway that helps students grow in Christ and take ownership of their faith.
- Provide pastoral care to students and families, especially in times of need, while connecting them to additional resources as appropriate.
Develop and Empower Leaders
- Recruit, train, equip, and shepherd volunteer leaders, cultivating a strong leadership culture.
- Create leadership pathways for students and volunteers to step into greater responsibility.
- Provide regular training, coaching, and encouragement for leaders to thrive in ministry.
- Oversee, develop, and coach the Junior High Associate, providing clear direction, ongoing feedback, and opportunities for growth. Ensure their work is aligned with the overall vision and goals of the Junior High Ministry.
Engage and Partner with Parents
- Build meaningful relationships with parents, offering encouragement, communication, and support.
- Create opportunities and resources that help parents disciple their junior high students at home.
- Partner with the NextGen and Discipleship teams to connect parents into groups and broader church community.
Create Life‑Changing Experiences
- Lead the planning and execution of camps and outreach opportunities.
- Provide safe, fun, and spiritually engaging experiences that help students connect deeply with God and one another.
- Champion service opportunities that help students live out their faith locally and globally.
Collaborate Church‑Wide
- Work closely with NextGen, Hospitality, and discipleship teams to ensure alignment with the broader church vision.
- Participate in and contribute to church‑wide events (Family FunFest, Tree Lighting, Baptism Celebrations, etc.).
- Partner with Friends Christian Middle School to build bridges of influence with junior high students and families.
