This full-time position requires leadership, supervision, and guidance to Behavioral Analysts to ensure best practices in Positive Behavioral Supports are followed.

Group Homes, Apartment Buildings Responsibilities: Developing and revising policies and standards for use within residences Providing administrative and clinical supervision to BIS staff Liaising between Behavioral Services and clinical departments Ensuring proper documentation and OPWDD Survey standards are met Implementing in-service training for all agency staff Qualifications: 2+ years of supervisory experience Master's degree in Psychology Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience in developing support plans Proficiency in documentation standards Strong leadership and communication skills Adaptability and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented and organized Desired Skills: 3+ years of experience in Developmental Disabilities Leadership and/or administrative experience Knowledge of Positive Behavioral Supports Strong analytical skills
