This role partners with employees and management to foster a positive work environment and ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented./ppPrinciple Responsibilities:/pulliAssist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviews, and new hire orientation./liliSupport employee relations efforts by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with company policies./liliAdminister benefits programs, including open enrollment, employee inquiries, and compliance./liliMaintain HR records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality./liliAssist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives./liliEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws./liliParticipate in HR projects, process improvements, and policy development./li/ulpQualification Requirements:/ppCredentials/Experience:/pulliBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience./liliHR Certification preferred./liliMinimum of 2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or similar environment./liliStrong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices./liliExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills./liliProficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite./li/ulpKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:/pulliDemonstrated exposure to and execution of recruitment processes along with the ability to evaluate and select talent./liliAbility to handle all situations in a consistent, professional, and confidential manner./liliKnowledge of Human Resource procedures, policies, and legislation./liliAbility to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment./liliAbility to prioritize and handle multiple projects./liliPossesses the ability to define problems, evaluate situations and draw valid conclusions./liliDemonstrates excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with a variety of people./liliAble to communicate respectfully with others and work in a team environment./liliDemonstrates strong organizational skills./liliMust be self-motivated; able to work with little supervision./liliComputer skills in Windows environment and HR tracking systems./liliPossesses verbal, written communication, and listening skills./liliAble to travel if requested./li/ulpOther Requirements:/ppWork Environment:/ppThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
