Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects in coordination with field and office teams
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
Assist in procurement, subcontractor coordination, and materials management
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety regulations
Conduct regular jobsite visits and progress reviews
Serve as point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Support senior management with project forecasting and reporting
Participate in internal training and development programs to grow into a senior leadership role
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial or government construction project management
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn and grow
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction project software (training provided)
No specific licenses or certifications required, but a willingness to pursue relevant training is a plus
