Job Overview Patriot Contracting LLC is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead commercial, industrial, and government construction projects from inception to completion. This position is ideal for a highly experienced individual with expertise in both base building and tenant fit-out work. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring project quality and safety standards are met. While familiarity with our internal project management software will come with training, we expect the ideal candidate to bring robust leadership, construction knowledge, and execution skills to the role.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of commercial and government construction projects

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project goals

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and documentation

Conduct regular site visits and ensure adherence to safety protocols

Interface with clients and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Lead meetings with stakeholders, provide status updates, and resolve conflicts

Mentor junior team members and foster a strong project team culture

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial construction project management

Proven track record managing both ground-up base building and tenant fit-out projects

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting, and documentation

Comfortable learning and adapting to new software systems

Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities

No specific licenses or certifications required, but a plus if obtained
