As the Deputy Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in the achievement of the sales objectives by performing regular coaching of the sales team to deliver exceptional service to customers.
Job responsibilities
Reach individual sales targets and drive sales together with team and manage the store in order to achieve sales objectives and KPI’s in alignment with Store Manager and Company’s strategies.
Concur to the definition of action plans related to the mystery shopping results in line with the Shopping @ Bvlgari experience to ensure their implementation and follow up.
Address client concerns assuring that the client satisfaction is achieved, maintained and restored with Clients Rex mentality.
Be responsible for the good maintenance, the safe environment, the good functioning of the store as well as the respect of product assortment and visual merchandising guidelines.
Be the acting Store Manager (with consultation to Store Manager) in the absence of SM during vacation, holidays or business trips.
To ensure back office duties are effectively managed in accordance with guidelines in the absence of Store Manager and Sales Administrator.
Guarantee the correct application of company norms and procedures.
Supervise After Sales Service request, providing excellent service and recovery as appropriate.
Organize and implement store rotations, shifts and holidays.
Capture and maximize every occasion to coach and support the sales team in order to ensure that each of them is able to provide a unique and memorable shopping experience.
Adhere and abide by Internal Control / Compliance on matters pertaining to store operations, inventory control, cash handling.
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
