Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as update, patches, and backups of servers and IT infrastructure devices
Track compliance and maintains documentation for hardware and software and service inventories
Experience managing standing up and troubleshooting Windows Server Operating Systems in virtual and physical environments using VMware
Participate in creating downtime procedures and disaster recovery plans
Administrator for different security systems like Palo Alto, Proofpoint, Varonis, Barracuda
Administrator for configuring and maintaining Cisco phones and Ascom phones
Manages group tickets within Service Desk Plus, make changes to templates or tasks as requested
Deploy and maintain antivirus on all hospital devices and VMs
Administer, configures, and maintains physical and virtual Microsoft server farm infrastructure, data storage systems, Local Area Networks, Wide Area Networks, security system, VLAN, PC's, printers, wireless infrastructure, and other computer peripheral hardware
Monitor network enterprise systems to ensure all systems are available for all Humboldt Park Health staff
Participate in planning and evaluating current and future system needs to support ongoing business requirements
Responsible for completing projects from beginning to end
In charge of user creation and termination using Active directory
Manages and creates group file share security and distribution groups
Provide technical guidance to help desk level I and level II and act as a point of escalation
Responsible for keeping track of service agreements and renewals for all IT hardware and software
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar coursework preferred.
