Overview
TEKsystems is looking to hire several Banking CSRs for a fully onsite call center in Loveland, Ohio. Candidates must be able to commit to onsite work. Submissions should be sent directly to rsison@teksystems.com.
Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries relating to bank products and services from business or Treasury Management clients and internal staff.
Maintain current knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures.
Resolve issues through account research and use of support materials, escalating when needed.
Accept incoming calls (variable volume, high during peak times) to answer questions, resolve issues, and educate on system capabilities while delivering exceptional customer service.
Own problem resolution from start to finish for client and internal employee issues.
Perform additional support functions as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
1–3 years of customer service experience.
Basic knowledge of Word & Excel and general computer skills.
1–3 years of deposit operations or cash management experience, or a bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Prior banking, clerical or data entry experience preferred.
Entry to intermediate complexity tasks, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
No supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Requirements
Occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
Occasionally stand and walk; frequently sit.
Compensation and Benefits Pay: $18.00 /hr. The role is temporary (contract). Eligible benefits may include: medical, dental & vision; critical illness, accident and hospital; 401(k) retirement plan; voluntary life & AD&D; short‑ and long‑term disability; Health Spending Account; transportation benefits; employee assistance program; time off/leave.
