This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful. The salary range for this position is $70,304.00-$79,400.00. This is the pay range for this position that The Seabird Resort reasonably expects to pay. Minimum of 2+ years in F&B Management position. Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred. Ideal applicant will have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader. Must be able to provide full availability each week including weekends, holidays and overnights. Commitment to follow food safety protocols. Must be of age to serve and pour alcohol in CA.
