What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide comprehensive insurance solutions to clients

Evaluate risk and confidently ask for sales while overcoming objections

Handle an average of 30‑40 inbound calls per day in a customer‑facing role

Maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable

Collaborate effectively with team members while also being able to work independently

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bilingual Spanish-English skillset required

Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience with a focus on negotiating and overcoming objections

Previous sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced environment

High‑speed broadband internet service with specified upload/download speeds

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in inbound sales is a plus

Familiarity with the insurance industry and its products

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively

Previous experience in a metric‑driven sales organization
