What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide comprehensive insurance solutions to clients

Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections

Handle an average of 30‑40 inbound calls per day in a customer‑facing role

Maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable

Adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced environment while working independently and as part of a team

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bilingual Spanish‑English skillset required

Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, with comfort in negotiating and overcoming objections

Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking highly preferred; inbound sales experience a plus

Ability to maintain focus in a distraction‑free environment

High‑speed broadband internet service with specified upload/download speeds

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in a metric‑driven, pay‑for‑performance sales environment

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and performance metrics

Familiarity with insurance products and services

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems
