Course Coordinator
to support our new mission in San Antonio, TX. The
Course Coordinator
role is to support the Medical Trauma Training Industry.
What You’ll Do:
Provide course coordination support to assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of training courses. The Course Coordinator shall serve as a key liaison between program administrator, instructors, students, and JTS staff to ensure training activities are properly resourced, scheduled, and documented in alignment with course objectives. Telework may be available depending on agency policy and the ability to fulfill the requirements below. Approximately 10-20% of travel may be required. The contractor shall perform the following tasks:
Oversee daily course productivity/performance, ensuring timely delivery of assigned program tasks and deliverables.
Coordinate staffing, resource allocation, and communication across all lines of effort for assigned course.
Serve as primary point of contact for course enrollment, scheduling, and communication with training participants.
Coordinate virtual and live course delivery logistics, ensuring instructors and students have required materials.
Track instructor credentials and training currency requirements.
Prepare post-course reports summarizing participation and feedback metrics.
Prepare monthly training reports.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s in Education, Training or related field.
2 to 4 years coordinating training courses (preferred military experience).
Experience with student enrollment, scheduling, and LMS management.
Strong organizational and communication skills; knowledge of adult learning
