to support our new mission in San Antonio, TX. The

Program Administrator

role is to support the Medical Trauma Training Industry.

What You’ll Do:

Provide Program Administrator support to ensure the effective coordination, oversight, and delivery of training programs. The Administrator shall manage course logistics, maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with established policies, and provide administrative support to instructors, students, and government stakeholders. Telework may be available depending on agency policy and the ability to fulfill the

requirements below. Approximately 0-5% of travel may be required. The contractor shall perform the following tasks:

Coordinate and oversee all assigned training courses in accordance with the government-approved training calendar. Serve as the primary point of contact for course scheduling, logistics, and administrative requirements. Ensure deconfliction of training schedules across multiple programs.

Assist course coordinators with implementing/maintaining version control and ensure timely dissemination of updated materials.

Manage course registration, student enrollment, and completion records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Privacy Act requirements.

Provide administrative and logistical support to JTS leadership, instructors and supporting staff. Respond to student inquiries and coordinate resolution of administrative issues.

Oversee reporting and documentation such as: develop and submit training status reports, after-action reviews, and other course-related documentation as required; maintain auditable records of course deliveries, rosters, evaluations, and course changes; ensure reports are accurate, complete, and submitted in accordance with established timelines; maintain readiness for inspections and audits by ensuring documentation and processes are complete and accurate; and support integration of new policies, directives, and accreditation requirements into course administration.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s in business administration, education or related disciplines.

3 to 5 years administrative support to programs.

Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and scheduling tools; records management.

Ability to coordinate deliverables, reporting, and compliance tracking
