Customer Service Representative – 23714 222nd Pl. SE #D
We’re looking for energetic, team‑oriented individuals who enjoy interacting with people and delivering friendly service. This role includes greeting customers, taking orders, operating kitchen equipment, and preparing and delivering pizza.
Compensation & Benefits $15.74–$16.00 per hour, plus tips. Employees receive paid sick leave and qualifying full‑time members are eligible for an employer‑sponsored medical benefits package.
Job Duties
Operate all kitchen and front‑end equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product (pizza, sides, and beverages).
Receive and process telephone orders and take inventory, completing related paperwork.
Clean equipment and work areas daily.
Essential Functions & Skills
Accurate arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and ability to handle monetary change.
Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Excellent motor coordination for rapid, precise hand‑eyed tasks.
Proficiency entering orders on a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions & Physical Demands
Standing, walking, and sitting —most tasks performed from standing; walking short distances; occasional sitting for paperwork.
Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling —handling bulk deliveries (up to 50 lb), carrying pizza and supplies, and moving trays.
Climbing & lateral movement —infrequent stairs or ladders, maneuvering around equipment.
Reaching, stooping, bending, & crouching —daily tasks involve reaching up to 72 in., bending forward, and crouching for low areas.
Hand tasks & coordination —manipulation of pizza dough, peel, cutter, and boxes requiring fine motor control.
Environmental exposure —heat up to 500 °F, cold from walk‑in cooler, food odors, and variable weather during deliveries.
Training & Orientation On‑the‑job orientation and training are provided. Employees learn equipment operation, kitchen safety, and customer service procedures.
