What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as the first line of communication with customers and warehouse sites, advising on service failures and coordinating resolutions
Audit daily order processes to ensure accurate order distribution to each site
Monitor and report all errors for performance tracking
Collaborate creatively with the Inventory Control team, Transportation department, and warehouse sites for service improvements
Oversee service provider performance and engage providers for enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows applications, including the ability to create complex formulas in Excel
Must possess a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or passport for federal travel compliance
Ability to travel domestically via road, rail, and air as required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present organized and thorough information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Associate degree in Transportation or Business
2 years of experience in customer service, distribution, or logistics within a manufacturing environment
2 years of experience in transportation and operations
Capacity to quickly learn and achieve proficiency in new software applications
Effective organizational and leadership skills with the ability to adapt communication styles
