Job Summary The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day HR operations at Allia Health. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented and proactive individual who is passionate about human resources and eager to grow in a dynamic healthcare environment. You will assist with onboarding, employee record maintenance, HRIS data entry, and administrative support for HR initiatives and programs. This is a hybrid role working onsite 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Managing onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring completion of required documentation.

Perform timely and accurate HR data entry, including data and pay rate changes, in ADP Workforce Now.

Prepare HR Memos.

Conduct routine audits of employee records and HR data in ADP to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company HR regulations and guidelines.

Required Qualifications

Associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or at least 5 years of experience in an HR role in lieu of a degree.

Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role.

Intermediate knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.

Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience using an HRIS system (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, Paycom, BambooHR, Workday).

Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.

Experience with ADP SASS.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
