As the
Food & Beverage Manager , you will lead all front‑of‑house Food & Beverage operations across our dining outlets, beverage services, and support event execution. You’ll collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to ensure consistent quality, nutritional integrity, and top‑tier guest service that aligns with the Canyon Ranch brand. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on training, mentoring, and motivating a high‑performing team, while driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and unforgettable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Ensure service standards and dining quality exceed guest expectations
Partner with the Executive Chef on quality control, team development, and goal alignment
Lead hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement
Oversee all guest‑facing dining operations, supporting positive and proactive guest interactions
Manage purchasing and inventory for all food and beverage areas
Conduct cost analysis and budget forecasting for food, beverage, and equipment
Maintain beverage programs (wine, liquor, beer, non‑alcoholic) within budget guidelines
Pay Range: $54,000 – $62,400 annually
Qualifications
3–5 years
of experience in Food & Beverage or related field
2+ years
in a leadership or management role
Experience in
hospitality
(hotel, resort, or destination spa) strongly preferred
Associate’s Degree in
Hospitality ,
Business Administration , or related field preferred
TIPS certification
(required)
Serve Safe Manager Certification
(required)
