Patient Service Representatives
for one of our top clients in
Puyallup WA.
Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities
Directly interacts with a variety of customers daily.
Processes healthcare authorizations that are approved.
Place outbound calls and receive calls to schedule customer’s appointments.
Ensures accurate data entry and completion of authorization data from referral/authorization forms, medical documentation, and existing data contained in the medical management system and customer information.
Contacts providers to obtain missing medical documentation to assure compliance with timelines.
Provides back-up by phone to facilitate patient transfers as requested.
Works in a detailed, multi-tasked and fast-paced production environment.
