Program Manager
to support our new mission in San Antonio, TX. The
Program Manager
role is to support the Medical Trauma Training Industry.
What You’ll Do:
Oversees JTET program execution, manages resources, engages stakeholders, monitors performance, ensures accreditation, and leads continuous improvement and innovation. Telework may be available depending on agency policy and the ability to fulfill the requirements below. Approximately 5-10% of travel may be required. The contractor shall perform the following tasks:
Provide comprehensive program management support to oversee curriculum development, delivery, and sustainment efforts within the JTET program.
Provide project planning, task tracking, and milestone management for all curriculum support activities under JTET.
Coordinate with Curriculum Developer, SMEs, instructors, and evaluators to ensure timely delivery of course materials and updates.
Develop and maintain a curriculum management plan that integrates feedback from operational lessons learned, trauma registry data, and evolving Combat Casualty Care standards.
Ensure proper resource allocation, staffing, and workload balance across curriculum development projects. Prepare regular progress reports, risk assessments, and metrics dashboards for government review.
The Contractor shall serve as the primary liaison between JTET leadership, curriculum developers, and government stakeholders to ensure mission alignment
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Education, or related field or PMP Certification
7 to 10 years program/project management of large-scale education/training programs.
Proven ability to oversee curriculum design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Experience managing budgets, schedules, and personnel across multiple projects.
Experience leading cross functional teams of instructional designers, technical writers and SMEs
