We are looking for someone passionate about making an impact, growing the team, and forward‑thinking partner ensuring the overall effort of the front of house team, shift leaders, and team members to achieve the business's goals. This role is ideal for someone who is humble, hungry, and eager to grow—someone who wants to build people, not just manage shifts.

Leaders in this role are expected to be present on the floor, leading alongside the team. This is a hands‑on, operational leadership environment where directors open and close shifts, stay engaged across all day‑parts, and build credibility by doing the work. While this role includes responsibility for training and developing others, leadership at this location is rooted in active, on‑the‑floor operations, not office‑based leadership.

Your Impact

Delivering operational excellence while working in strategic areas of the business, both BOH and FOH

Exemplifying ideal behaviors and identifying training needs through hands‑on leadership

Creating and executing training initiatives based on restaurant needs, new product launches, and system roll outs

Developing aspiring leaders and providing a clear growth path through all tiers of leadership

Maintaining a work environment that promotes food safety, team safety, and emotional maturity

Increasing overall restaurant results by working cross‑functionally with department leaders, attending weekly meetings, and setting collaborative goals

Background Profile

Previous Restaurant Experience (required)

2+ years of leadership experience

Hospitality or high‑volume restaurant experience (preferred)

Passion for Chick‑fil‑A’s values and people‑first leadership

Team‑oriented, adaptable, dependable, and a strong work ethic

Positive attitude

Coachable

Experience in training, coaching, or teaching others

Ability to communicate effectively
