Occupational Therapist PRN for Home Health Agency (Wooster) Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist PRN to join our agency in Wooster on an as‑needed basis. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing high‑quality occupational therapy services to patients following comprehensive assessments and treatment plans.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Current CPR certification.
Prior experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a clinical or agency setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations to determine patients' needs and establish individualized treatment plans.
Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' quality of life and independence.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
Document patient progress accurately and maintain up‑to‑date patient records.
Stay current with best practices and trends in occupational therapy.
Schedule This is a PRN position, with hours varying based on the needs of the agency and patients. Flexibility in scheduling is required.
